Claims Service Center

We provide clients with the only proactive Claims Service Center in the business which serves as an extension of our client’s operation and is provided at no additional cost. The Dubraski Claims Service Center will:

  • Serve as a direct liaison to the client’s reinsurer/insurer
  • Review claim submissions and notifications to ensure accuracy of data and expedite reimbursement
  • Ensure that policy coverage terms are appropriately and correctly applied
  • Serve as the client’s intermediary with the underwriter to resolve pended or denied claim issues
  • Create a “hassle-free” claim processing environment by fielding and answering reinsurer/insurer questions, thereby reducing the number of unnecessary calls to the client and saving valuable time
  • Track and check payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments
  • Provide executive level quarterly reports to track recoveries and assist the client in effectively managing the stop-loss program
  • Provide timely reporting reminders to ensure filing guidelines are met
  • Serve as a central repository for all claim related activity between the client and the reinsurer/insurer
