With more than 25 years of experience as an insurance consultant and broker, Bob has worked with health care organizations of all types and sizes throughout the country. He is the founder, president & CEO of Dubraski & Associates. While Bob does oversee the company, he focuses the majority of his time working with the company’s clients and relationships.
Forming Dubraski & Associates
In the mid 1990s, Bob cofounded an independent privately held brokerage firm specializing in serving the health care industry. It was sold in 1999 to Aon where Bob and his partners established and led their national health care practice. In addition, Bob was responsible for their national managed care stop-loss practice.
In 2003, Bob left to re-establish a privately held, independent consulting and brokerage firm, focusing exclusively on the health care industry. Dubraski & Associates was formed to offer the best unbiased value proposition in health care and to attract the leading brokers/consultants in the business.
At the beginning of his career, Bob worked as a consultant and actuary at a large international consulting firm and worked for a large regional brokerage company. Former clients include public agencies, publicly traded companies, privately held firms, purchasing groups, nonprofit companies, and health care organizations.
