Joe Levy


Joe has 20 years of broker experience in the insurance industry and has specialized in health care his entire career. He has extensive experience working with hospitals and health systems, physician groups, senior living organizations and miscellaneous health care companies. This includes working with clients who maintain various forms of alternative risk financing vehicles, self-insurance and large deductible programs.

With Dubraski & Associates

Since joining Dubraski & Associates, Joe has been responsible for expanding the company’s business both regionally and nationally. In addition, he is responsible for leading a national Senior Living initiative.

Prior Experience

Joe began his insurance career with Alexander & Alexander in Philadelphia as a Client Service Associate in their Health Care Department. From 1997 to 2007 he was Vice President and Account Executive with Hilb Rogal & Hobbs (HRH), managing and overseeing many of their largest health care clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

While at HRH he was a member of the National Health Care Practice and was one of 10 members of the National Health Care Steering Committee. As part of that committee, Joe helped create and execute regional and national strategies for the growth of the Health Care Practice.

Prior to HRH, Joe was the Health Care Practice Leader and a Senior Account Executive with Conner Strong & Buckelew. While there Joe managed many of their largest health care clients and assisted in the production of new business opportunities.

Education & Involvement

  • Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University
  • Joe is an active member of the Archway Programs Foundation Board. Archway Programs provides a wide range of educational and social services to children and adults with special needs throughout Southern New Jersey.
